These terms cover your use of phoneassassinlabs.com. Phone Assassin Labs ("PAL," "I," "me") is a fractional B2B cold calling service run by Chad Baker in Orange County, California. If you use this site, you agree to these terms.
The site is information, not a contract
Everything here (pricing, conversation ranges, results, timelines) describes how I typically work. Your actual engagement is governed by the written agreement we both sign. If anything on this site conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.
No guaranteed meetings
I guarantee the work: the dialing, the logging, the recordings and the debrief. I don't guarantee a number of meetings, deals or revenue. Results depend on your offer, your market and your list as much as on my dialing. Conversation ranges on this site are typical, not promised.
Client results and testimonials
Results and quotes shown here are real and come from real engagements. Past results don't predict yours. Clients are named only with their permission.
Free downloads
Anything I send you after you sign up (call recordings, notes, breakdowns) is for your own learning and your own team's use. Please don't republish or resell it.
Content ownership
The site's copy, recordings, design and branding belong to Phone Assassin Labs. You can link to any page. Please don't copy the content wholesale.
Liability
This site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, PAL isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or relying on its content. Liability for paid engagements is set in the signed agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes
I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
